Identifying your resources

Consider the festival you are planning to stage and answer the following questions:

Where will your festival take place?
The festival will take place in Central Foundation Girls school on a Saturday in CTC Site.

What equipment do you need?
There will be a lot of equipment needed like sound equipment, amps, music instruments, microphones and speakers.

Will also need Cameras, seating area, bouncy castles, archery, ambulance, dance room, food room, artefacts, nail varnish for the professional that are coming in, Workshops, and the normal equipment that is needed for any event which will be table and chairs and helpers.

What materials do you need?
Some artefacts are going to be made for the festival because posters will be needed for the promotion and also leaflet to give out to the local area people; they will both be made on the computer and designed our self.

Who will be contributing to the festival events?
We will need help from our teachers to get all the organisation right E.g. bouncy castles. We will also need help from the music technician, teacher helper person to set up and organise the band.
And we need all of our Creative and Media teachers there to support us.
